Poles
Feather flag poles are made of aluminum and fiberglass. Single-reverse flags withstand 30mph winds. In comparison, double-sided feather flags withstand 17mph winds. Recommended for indoor use or outdoors in low winds.
Cross base with water bag
It’s suitable for hard surfaces, such as concrete or footpaths, but can also be used on grass. The cross base weighted 3.8kg makes the flag stable. In addition, you can provide water bag support to the flag in exceptional cases.

Can I order hardware without the flag and vice versa?
Yes! You can order just the flag, and you can order just the hardware if that is all you need. We offer all harware including pole kits, bases, bags and cases, as well as weights and accessories. If you would just like a flag and not the hardware, you can make that choice when you are configuring your product.
What do you fill the weight bag with? And how much does it weight when full?
We offer multiple weight bags to use with our custom feather banners – all of which can be filled with either water or sand for indoor and outdoor use. All available weight options range from 26lbs to 102lbs when filled.
Should I use one of your templates when designing my custom feathe flag?
If you are designing your own custom feather flag we recommend it is best to use our templates. This way you can ensure that your design is set up to the correct size and best uses the size of the flag. If you do not have your own design, we offer a free design service. Just send us any logos, photos or text you wish to use and we will prepare the design for you to check and approve.
Does every blade flag order come with a carry bag for free?
Yes! Every order comes with a free complementary carry bag for your pole sets.
Are your flag poles interchangeable between customizable feather flags banner sizes?
Our flags have specific poles made for each height. Therefore, the pole kits are not interchangeable.
Will exposure to the sun fade the customizable feather flags flag?
Yes, as with almost all printed products, long term exposure to the sun will fade the banner over time. This will require a prolonged period of direct sunlight, such as 8+ hours per day, every day. In most cases, our advertising flags are used for special events or periodically, so fading isn’t an issue.
What if there is someting wrong with my personalized feather flags product?
Once you get your items make sure you open it as soon as possible. You only have 5 business days from when you received the items to let us know if something is wrong. If there is something wrong please send our sales team an email at sales@ipopupbanner.com with a photo and your order number.
How many colors can I use on my custom feather flag design?
Our custom feather flags are digitally printed, so there are no color restrictions. No matter how many colors you choose, there will be no extra charge. Design services are also provided for free.
Can i make my own art?
Of course! We offer templates on our site in Photoshop and Illustrator. Just make sure you do not change the templates. These are ready to go and use.
What base should I use when placing the Feather flags on loose or thick soil?
When using the Feather Flag on soil or grass we recommend using the ground stake. This base is a 20” long solid piece of metal that can be driven into the ground. We advise that you should always hammer the spike section and do not strike the spindle/barrel section to avoid any damage to the ball bearing swivel barrel. You can also use the Cross Base or the premium Cross Base but we recommend selecting the option of the water bag if using the Feather Flag outdoors. The water bag when filled weighs 24 lbs and will help keep the flag stable in stronger wind conditions.
Can the Feather Flag be washed or tumble dried?
The polyester fabric flag can be cleaned in a washing machine on a gentle cycle using cold water - but please avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Please do not place the fabric in a tumble dryer - only air dry the flag and ensure it is completely dry before storing.
